2. Summary
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking of any kind.
- It loads no fonts, scripts or content from third parties.
- The only personal data processed is technical connection data needed to deliver the site, and the data you choose to send us by email or phone.
- We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Visiting this website
When you open this website, your browser automatically sends technical information to our hosting provider's servers. This includes your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website, keep it secure and detect abuse.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: log data is kept by the hosting provider for a short period, typically no more than 30 days, unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.
4. Contacting us
If you email or call us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message, in order to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract.
Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: we delete enquiries once they have been dealt with and no further contact is expected, unless legal retention duties (for example tax and commercial record-keeping) require us to keep them longer.
5. Service providers
We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf under data processing terms:
- Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, for website hosting and delivery.
- Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, for domain name services (DNS) and email routing.
- Our email and office software provider, for receiving and storing correspondence.
6. International transfers
MLN Brands LLC and its service providers are located in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your data is therefore transferred to the United States. Where providers are certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions), transfers rely on that framework. Otherwise they rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Transfers needed to answer your own request may also rely on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR.
7. Your rights under the GDPR
If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15);
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16);
- have your data erased (Art. 17);
- restrict processing (Art. 18);
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20);
- object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests (Art. 21);
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work.
To exercise any of these rights, email office@mlnbrands.com. We will answer within one month.
8. Rights of U.S. residents
Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or others with comprehensive privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, or use for profiling.
We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and do not process sensitive personal information. In the last 12 months we have collected only identifiers and the content of communications (as described in sections 3 and 4), from you directly, for the purposes described above.
To make a request, email office@mlnbrands.com or call (754) 702-7756. We will verify your request using the contact details we already hold, and you may use an authorised agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
9. Cookies and Global Privacy Control
This website does not use cookies, local storage or similar technologies, so no cookie banner is shown. Because we do not sell or share personal data, opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control require no further action, but we honour them.
10. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses. This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Security
This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and unauthorised access.
12. Changes
