Last updated: November 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mlnbrands.com (the "Website") and form the general framework for services provided by MLN Brands LLC, 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States ("MLN Brands", "we", "us"). By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we serve

Our services are offered exclusively to businesses, organisations and individuals acting in a commercial or professional capacity. They are not offered to consumers.

2. Use of the Website

The Website provides general information about our agency and services. You may view it for your own information. You may not misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, or copying its content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Information on the Website is not a binding offer. A contract is formed only when both parties sign a written proposal, statement of work or service agreement ("Service Agreement").

3. Services

We provide advertising and marketing services such as paid search, shopping and social campaign management, video advertising, conversion tracking and analytics, landing pages, email marketing and reporting. The exact scope, fees, term and deliverables are set out in the Service Agreement. If the Service Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Service Agreement prevails.

4. Fees and ad spend

5. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information and timely access to the accounts and assets we need; for the lawfulness of its products, services, landing pages and claims; for holding the rights to materials it provides; and for complying with the policies of each advertising platform. We may decline or pause work that would violate law or platform policies.

6. Ownership

Advertising accounts, campaigns, creative assets supplied by the client, product feeds and data remain the property of the client. Work product we create for the client becomes the client's property upon full payment, except for our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how.

7. No guarantee of results

Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, budgets and the client's offer. We perform our services with professional care but do not guarantee specific results such as revenue, return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, rankings or approvals by advertising platforms.

8. Confidentiality and data protection

Each party keeps the other's non-public business information confidential. Where we process personal data on the client's behalf, we do so under a separate data processing agreement. How we handle personal data on this Website is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Term and termination

Unless the Service Agreement states otherwise, ongoing retainers run month to month and may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. Either party may terminate immediately for material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice. On termination we hand over access and documentation, and the client pays fees for work performed up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLN Brands is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

11. Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Advertising. We are not responsible for their availability, policy decisions, account suspensions or changes to their products. MLN Brands is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Changes and contact
